Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold by ClearCase Studios are digital downloads. As such, once a product has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed, we are unable to offer a refund.

This is consistent with UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once downloading has begun, provided the customer has acknowledged this and consented to losing their right to cancel.

By completing your purchase you confirm that:

  • You understand the product is a digital download
  • You consent to immediate access to the digital content
  • You acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is waived once the download begins

 

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • The download link is faulty and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 5 working days
  • The files are corrupt or cannot be opened and we are unable to resolve the issue
  • You were charged incorrectly or charged twice for the same product

 

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions please contact us at support@clearcasestudios.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

 

Change of Mind

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage all customers to read the full product description before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for your business, please contact us before purchasing at support@clearcasestudios.com.
